Is Xenon flash better than dual LEDs?

Is Xenon flash better than dual LEDs?

An LED light is useful if your subject is about 1m away, while the dual-LED version offers twice the brightness. That said, you don't actually get twice the range. A Xenon flash generates more light which is better for "freezing" subjects, so you get less motion blur in your pictures.

However, a Xenon flash doesn't have a persistent "on" mode for video capture and close-ups can be a problem as the flash could wash out the subject.

A LED, or dual-LED light, is able to stay on all the time for recording a video in a dimly lit environment. It also drains lesser battery power compared with Xenon flash.

In fact, most camera-phones these days come with LED light. But as to which type is better, I'd say it really depends on your handset's camera usage. LED, or dual-LED light, typically is equipped to handle most imaging applications including video recording. If that's something you don't do, then perhaps you should consider a device with a Xenon flash.infrared sauna benefits Using LED bulbs reduces power consumption to a large extent compared to the regular lights. Though these lights are expensive it does not consume much power and lasts longer.
